YOGA CLASSES

Embark on your mind-body-spirit journey through Yoga classes.

Commit to a physical āsana practice that will create mobility and stability in the body, alongside other aspects of Yoga including prānāyāma, meditation and Yoga philosophy.

​The classes are a safe space where you can arrive as you are and be held through the time you spend here. This held space is devoid of judgement, offering curiosity instead.

The physical body is our first vehicle that will carry us throughout life - learn to take care of it, nourish and restore it. Be grateful and celebrate this body. The breath and mind will follow.

It is an opportunity to empower yourself to calm the body, mind and breath - becoming rooted, and setting up a foundation for a life of peace, clarity, and joy.
